The objects of this Association are: The furtherance of the best interests of the Firemen's Relief Associations of this State which are or may become members of this Association so that the finds of the said relief Associations may be protected and the best results for the benefit of aged and needy active and/or otherwise qualified fire persons and their families, and those injured, incapacitated or killed in the performance of their duty, may be achieved; the protection against the encroachment upon the source of said funds, the advancement of the status and best interest of all fire persons, the development and advancement of the best methods of fire protection and the cultivation of fraternal fellowship among the various departments and fire persons throughout the State and elsewhere. Wildwoods Convention Center's Andrews and Montgomery Avenue Parking Lots. The Five Mile Beach Volunteer Firemen's Association is proud to present the Wildwoods the NJ Fire Expo. This Exposition of fire equipment and vendors of fire related products is often described as the largest exposition of it's kind east of the Mississippi. Friday - 9 AM - 6 PM and Saturday - 8 AM - 1 PM.

 9/19   9/19    Firemen's Parade 
The Annual New Jersey State Firemen's Convention Parade is run by the local host organization in conjunction with the Firemen's Convention. Tthe parade will be starting at 1PM sharp. The approximate 2 and 1/2 mile Parade starts at Crocus Road in Wildwood Crest and travels on New Jersey Avenue ending at Eighth Avenue in North Wildwood. The Parade is generally four hours long and features over 300 pieces of apparatus by over 200 individual companies from four states. In addition, 18 bands will perform on the Parade route. Viewing stand is at 17th and New Jersey Ave., North Wildwood. After the Parade is over awarding of prizes will take place at the Wildwoods Convention Center at 8PM.
